Over the last few weeks, we have been learning what works and what needs to be improved. One such lesson is that the tools for sharing information are insufficient! It can be hard to discover relevant information, like our server rules (code of conduct) and information about contributing to the instance. To help address this lack of clarity, we’re creating a place to centralizing this information. We’re excited to introduce the Information Hub: https://hub.sfba.social

We’re still in the process of refining some of its content, but this is meant to be a place for more detail about rules, policies, and may even contain some more technical and non-technical posts about what changes have been made to our instance.

@cd24 being new to this, I often have to recall where to login when my cache is cleared and I start a new browser session and I want to go back online multitasking between social media, blogging, and other basic account management, daily activities, etc. Mastodon hasn’t been as obvious. It’s easier from an iPhone app than a laptop browser.
