We’re looking for short works ✒️ that critically examine (and undo 🧶 ) the ascendancy & proliferation of contemporary data practices.

This might include queer, decolonial, more-than-human readings of dominant epistemic forms in data science & viz, machine learning/AI, etc

We're keen to attract contributors from diverse 🌍 global regions and authors offering alternative creative and knowledge making practices.

Works to be published in ACM Interactions, May '23.

Given the looming deadline (10 Feb ’23), texts could be already-written blog posts or other short-form writing, adapted or modified for archival publication.

Written work should be approx 2,750k words. We also have scope to include visual or creative contributions that will also be published and archived.
