I keep saying it in random places, but it's how the internet *used* to be with talkers and IRC and usenet and a sense of "it's ours" - big mega-social-sites trying to keep your attention to serve adverts have taken an awful lot of that fun away and I've only really just twigged.

I deleted the bird site a few months ago tried a few others that I didn't like rejoined and found it more negative than ever then saw everyone leaving for here , so joined yesterday and wow what a difference it's fun again like the old days
