ConDrei@davidbilla can’t explain why but Udon is much more delicious than Ramen. Haven’t been to Kagawa pref yet but will hopefully be able to go some day.
@condrei I always liked udon more than ramen, even before I even heard of Kagawa.
Now, to be honest, I don't mind a good bowl of ramen once in a while. But I mostly like it with a light broth. More Shio than Miso.
