The competition bureau's witnesses so far tend to be "public" who fear that their prices will go up...

and then, on cross-exam when asked if they know anything about Videotron they say "no" and when asked if Videotron has a better deal say the'd take it.

Does the Competition Bureau intend on calling every Canadian? Because this can get old quickly -- yes, we know the Canadian public generally don't follow Telecom closely and don't understand what's going on, that's not what the Tribunal is evaluating.

How long until the Tribunal judges put their foot down and insist they get to the meat of the issue? What is the Competition Bureau playing at?

Commissioner keeps putting up witnesses that prove that the public isn't following the merger and are confused.

Confusion caused by the Commissioner in many cases. I don't see how this forwards the Commissioner's case.
