Does anyone else keep a #naturejournal, or record observations of the natural world? I don't mean an art page for finished pieces of museum-quality work, but a sketchbook where you make field observations as well as more detailed studies. For me, it's a valuable way to touch base with nature and tune in to what's going on in the world. And oh yeah, it's #notsupposedtobeart!

@ayjag I have a few #nature journals, one for just writing and another one for botany notes and sketches. My sketches are definitely not what they used to be in college, but if I keep at it, hopefully they will improve again.

@JanousekWild My sketches definitely got better after practice, as expected. But even my early entries bring back memories, and that's the whole point, for me.
