How about a little bit of mouthwatering content on a Sunday? May I present to you my first ever piece of Brisket. I was so nervous that it would turn out dry but it ws sooooo juicy and absolutely delicious. 😋 Next time I would like to try a brisket from an Angus cow to find out how much difference there is to our German beef cows.
