It has now been over two weeks since I sent a mail to Jingling, the company behind the #Jingpad in order to get my bootloader unlocked, since they abandoned their os and it's not in a usable state as of now.

No answer. I am afraid the #Jingpad has now officially turned into e-waste :-(

@thewk if you click on #JingPad there is a toot from the 19th of Feb with a link to XDA forum with an unlock tool provided by them, not sure if you saw that

@thewk crossing fingers for you. They seem to require a very specific format for the request. I'm glad I didn't buy it, I was very tempted, I think I will stick to an x86 tablet, at least it doesn't require anything special to boot another OS.
