The professor who sponsored the Sports Car Club convinced me I should work on it so we could take that sweet department of education money, but I really did not have the time with 17 hours of classes.

Adjusted slightly for age, importance of #agricultural regions. Should probably go up and down slightly like waves on a beach, to make it impossible for #landlords to engineer #rents targetted at it. Literally each year, waves are televised and used to set the payments.
