Charging up my #Xiaomi #MiA1 after having replaced its charging board. Will close it up after I've made sure it's fully charged.

Let's hope the USB port on this one will last longer than the previous replacement...

At least a quick check with the camera app seems to indicate it has also fixed the broken microphone, which is on the same board.

It's fully charged, and I've closed it up again. Gotta do a quick microphone check, and then I'll go outside to play some #Ingress again for a change.
It'll be good to use this phone a bit more regularly again instead of the old backup phone. Will probably need a replacement battery though, but I first want to make sure the USB port isn't going to give out in a matter of days/weeks again.
