The big ones and govt-supported ones are effectively known or understood to be mining and are factored in.
Of course, small operators we can't know but eg. we don't ask how a person heats their home, do we boycott ppl that install #airConditioners. (Maybe we should but its a slope towards hyper-#authoritarianism)
Govt waste energy and lives on war and yet you'll see scarce nothings from MMT Pushers about that. Wonder why?
Also, #bailouts themselves allow and cause huge #wealthDisparaities that fuel extreme waste and yet they, the #Keynesians quietly demand that 3% #magicNumber of #growth in #consumption each year.
The #MagicMoneyTree'ers are the reason we are in this mess. They created a wasteful #VietnamWar and told the world in 1971, "you'll take our pretty paper promises". Look at any #socialProgress graph since the 70s. Its basically all bad news.
