Because of this, other goblins are unsettled by anyone wearing a red cap.

Goblins naturally live in forests, but some live near humans to scavenge things, the way foxes do. And also because they find humans hilarious.

Goblins are known for being mischievous, but they usually reserve that kind of thing for people who they don't like. They aren't evil or malicious though. This is anti-goblin propaganda, and they won't stand for it.
