A modular universe at your fingertips

The MOD Duo X is the standalone device with no precedents in the music gear market. Its cutting-edge audio processor, multiple connections and extensive actuators were designed to offer maximum versatility, control and audio quality to performing musicians and music producers.

@unfa will you make a review? I'm interested in the Mod Duo, but found varying feedback. Some say it has sound drop outs.
@FrankyFire Well, I only own a Mod Duo, and as I'm not really a stage musician I don't use it that much :D
@unfa But would you try to push its limits for a small test? I think if you use enough effects you should be able to generate some xruns. I'm interested in where the limit of this device is.
@FrankyFire Th Mod Duo runs at JACK buffer of 128, but it can be changed to 256.
I'd say the CPU power is quite limited, you can't do much at once - I guess the power of this unit mostly lies in the fact that you can prepare presets and switch between them easily during a performance. I've heard The Mod Duo X is using a more powerful processor, so I wonder how it'll compare.
@unfa Yes, would be interesting! Do you know the OS of the Moddevices? I was reading about Elk Audio OS yesterday, it reminded me a lot of the Mod Duo.
