Should transaction restrictions on Aadhaar based withdrawal be called off during the current Covid-19 crisis situation?

In Oct 2019, few PSU banks have restrict Aadhaar Based and Micro ATM transactions of other Banks to 4 times a month. These restrictions, however, only apply in case the customer uses the micro-ATM terminal of another bank.
