#nudism

I am often nude at home and my boys are used to it; especially after taking shower I’m always nude until I get up the next morning.

My boys are both in teen ages, but they are shy to be nude even at home (or maybe just in front of us). I’m also interested in how such emotions formed. Is it from the school education?

There seems to be many aspects to discuss and study. It’s #natural, #unrestrained and #free to be nude, but how does the sense of shame form?

@johnnykape He in the U.S. there is so much negativity associated with nudity, even innocent nudity. Part of it is caused by an overreaction to all the new laws supposedly aimed at stopping sexual exploitation. Even casually, non-sexual nudity can get you arrested.

@sunfun

Same here. My colleague used to post a nude photo of his new-born-son on his own blog, and was soon blocked by Yahoo because of showing his baby’s “genitals”.

@johnnykape You can get arrested in the U.S. for doing that.
@johnnykape I also believe , especially for teen boys, they "worry" about their development and how they "compare" to their peers. I think education about and exposure to the variances and diversity of human bodies would go a long way in giving youths the confidence to be nude more and participate in a nudism/naturism lifestyle.
