Just do it! You don't even need a service like github or gitlab unless you are sharing between people/machines.

@codeHaiku Don't forget that there are several other software management programs if Git doesn't suit you:

Mercurial (used by Mozilla)
Fossil (used by SQLite)
Bazaar (used by Canonical)
darcs
Monotone
BitKeeper (made open source a few years ago)

#Gitlab supports #Google.
#Github is #Microsoft.

Both treat #Tor users with hostility. MS finances #Anyvision's #facialrecognition (used to oppress of #Palestinian ppl) & Google was caught using #darkmoney to finance #climateDenial.

If you have any respect for #humanRights at all, you won't use Gitlab or Github.
