If after retirement a Major General of the Indian Army says this, it raises the question of what he did, during his period of service. Did he rape, order rape or condone it, as an instrument of control, in areas where he was posted?

@sanjayuvacha The army isn't made up of some specially created people, they still come from the same milieu as U & me. Also, have found that this sudden freedom that the defense forces personnel have gained 2 speak out has turned them in2 brainless idiots. Had he said in tenure, Army house wd have come down on him like a ton of bricks. No, I am not condoning what he says, nor offering a justification 4 his actions. I just wish we cd retain a gag order on these idiots after they leave service.

@sanjayuvacha When people in responsible positions utter trash, they need to be called to account, but a passive media like the one we currently have that runs after TRPs and doesn't care 2 much about the damage it inflicts on society, is unlikely to care or do anything...
