I've read ppl in Modi govt are not happy with #Sikh representation in Canada, especially as more bodies recognize 1984 as a state-sponsored #genocide
Sai Vishal@anticpantaloon Not particularly aware of the rise of Sanghi gang in Canada but in the 1984 riots even though organised by the then ruling party Congress, a lot of the sanghi had also participated in the riots. Though they are generally against equality.

Usually, if anyone brings up Mr Modi's inaction during the Gujarat pogrom, the Sanghi reply is on the lines of What about 1984?

@anticpantaloon Over the last few years it has become apparent that one of the most vile sanghis reside as NRIs in the west. No wonder Canadian NRIs count amongst them.
