I'd get the Mi A2, the only device on that list thats getting support of the new wave of security and privacy focused AOSP forks
These forks are different to #lineageos and other ROMs as they maintain verified boot - a powerful security feature

Yeah, it's good to have cheaper options
The compared to the Pixel 3, the Pixel 3a gives a much better price to top notch hardware and software.
For most users theres not so much difference to the Pixel 3 - retains the camera, security chip & unbeatable (for android/aosp) software & firmware security support via updates, other vendors may provide the update frequency, but create potential problems elsewhere eg. considerably increasing kernel attack surface
