being too cold: deploy tactical hoodie and latte. achieve maximum snuggliness. uwu

being To worm: my skkin.. i t wwont come o off... t he Sweat ..... ....

@hyperlink wow, I'm the opposite. Cold: pain. Total breakdown. No amount of layers can help. Struggle through it hating life.

Hot: tank and shorts, baybee. Sip an icee and live the life. Don't forget sunscreen!

@caymanwent being in even a tank top and shorts does Nothing to me. i am simply suffering the whole time. if i could wear a flannel and jeans every day i would leap up and shout "YES"

@hyperlink I'm the opposite. I can bundle up in jeans, flannel, coat, hat, gloves, etc, and still be cold to the point that it disrupts me mentally and it's all I can focus on. November-April I'm basically in survival mode.

But I have a circulation problem so anything below 60 makes me feel like all my extremities are going to fall off.

@caymanwent this sounds extremely stressful!! knowing that you once lived in brooklyn im very impressed you endured their winters
@hyperlink it was awful! And I actually grew up six hours north of the city, in the frozen wastes of Almost Canada
@caymanwent @hyperlink i used to be Immune To Cold and would leave the house without a coat or hat in like -10/20°C weather and feel more or less fine and then just like ONE DAY I was cold all the time and even now I snuggle up under a blanket when the temperature in my apartment is less than 23°C??? I also developed Reynauds tho so my toes and fingers turn to fire and pain every winter now.
@Foxdodge What's Reynauds? This sounds important.
@caymanwent sorry its raynauds* and basically it's a stress /trauma-based condition that flares up with prolonged / sudden cold and heat, as well as stress

not all cases are as pronounced or as permanent / damaging as the example photos.
