The dragoness turns slowly towards the cops, unimpressed and maybe a little annoyed. She speaks in her best attempt at a hacker voice:
"Hmm? Halt this."
With a gesture a portal to cyberspace opens above the space between them and the dragoness. A car falls out and crashes onto the road, quickly followed by more and more. While she flies off the cops look at the wreckage, their comms panicking that the police network is clogged and collapsing downloading cars.
