Pretty bored, gonna name all my toes starting with Toenail Hawk
@Shrigglepuss toenail the tiger?
@Gattogateaux yeahhh! Gonna get him some stripes
@floppyplopper @Gattogateaux Toes of Toe Hall
@Shrigglepuss @Gattogateaux
Now you're cooking. There must be some gems in juvenile literature.
@Shrigglepuss @floppyplopper I have no idea what this means
@Gattogateaux @Shrigglepuss
We're brainstorming names for each of Shrig's toes. For the most philosophical toe I suggest Sakratoes in honour of Sokrates, famous philosopher, gadfly and victim of state violence. For a reckless toe, Toes of Toe Hall would be a dedication to Toad Of Toad Hall, famous aristocratic layabout from Wind In The Willows.
@floppyplopper @Shrigglepuss I dont understand what "aristocratic layabout" means :/
(And I know about shriggs toe names, lol)
@Gattogateaux @floppyplopper "(And I know about shriggs toe names, lol)" is the nicest thing anybody has said about me all day
@Shrigglepuss @Gattogateaux
Mr Toad is a character from the novel Wind In The Willows. He is supposed to be a sympathetic character even though he is a fabulously wealthy criminal menace. The immense popularity of WITW is one of the many things confirming England is a shitty garbage country.
@Shrigglepuss @Gattogateaux
Cosgrove Hall did an animation of Wind In The Willows when I was a child. Even at that age I could tell Badger, Mole, Ratty and Mr Toad were horrible and reactionary.
@Shrigglepuss @Gattogateaux
Maggie Thatcher was a big fan of Wind In The Willows. I mention this just to remind people that I'm glad she's dead.
@floppyplopper @[email protected] ah, queer icon Mr toat! (I still dont understand what aristocratic layabout means but I guess I'll have to find out on my own)

@Gattogateaux
Layabout being a pejorative term for someone who doesn't work. A word that on reflection I should avoid using.

Aristocratic meaning landed gentry. He lives in a vast mansion and doesn't need to work.

@floppyplopper so he just does crimes for fun? That's great!

@Gattogateaux
I think the consensus on this website is that crimes are hot.

Motoring offenses not so hot.

But you do you.
