Idea: Someone should create "pavement warmers" (preferably running off electricity) then do some research on how effective they would be in could #winter weather. That sort of thing, if successful, can save lives, save money, make roads and sidewalks safer, and reduce the amount of people who have to risk their lives plowing and salting the roads to make things safe for the rest of us.
