Nah, I don't care that FB is banning bigots.
The damage has already been done and their just trying to repair their image.
When they use their vast resources to disrupt these organizations and repair the damage they have enabled, then we can talk.
Until then, it's just window dressing.
When I used to live in New York, I would routinely put myself between dudes that were harassing women on the train.
It wasn't anything loud, or more importantly, putting anyone in more danger. For that moment, I wanted to reduce the harm she got in the time we were in the same space.
I've said this before and I'll keep saying. The most important thing you can do as a person in a privileged social group is harm reduction.
Until one does that, it's all just talk.
