SiberianSurprise, surprise, Ledger do not allow send 1sat/b transaction. It handled only with "Low" option. I don't like this wallet (bought only for experiments)

@TallTim the reason could be different but it just worked with "low" option, 6 sat/b. Some wallets have 'highly recommended' option not to chose 1 sat/b
