Yeah, it's getting better. Still crashes ocacionally, but gets the job done.

There's a new project called #shotcut. Looks promising and seems to be in active development.

Oh, thank for letting me know. I sure to check it out.

Over 2 weeks, I am using Blender 3D's VSE (video sequence editor).

I enjoy it, a lot more controls but totally different style of editing.

Have you tried Blender 3D

I looked into Blender's VSE some time ago but for the type of editing I'm doing I found it overkilled and went for Kdenlive.

I also used #Cinelerra for some time and while being a very capable editor, the UI (being antiquated) was getting on my way.

Since I use Blender for 3d & animation, I dont mind the style of VSE
