I find, even as Cybertronian modes go, theirs are pretty weak.
Siege Chromia, though, seemingly based on the same mold, looks like it actually turns into something!
Alright I will bite (and go back and look at Chromia again) how is Chromia different?
The only thing I know different is the greebling and neutered Combiner peg.
Just went back and looked. I see what you mean, the larger windshield does make it look more cohesive from that angle. I still like Moonracer though, from a slightly higher angle she looks like a slick alien car that uses some word tube transportation system.
@cehteshami I think it's just my general aversion to Cybertronian designs in general, really.
Which, given how many iterations of Hot Rod I now have, as well as preferring TR Blurr and Kup over their Generations' iterations, makes me sound like a hypocrite! 🤣
I can feel that, but I like them as a way to mix things up in the franchise if they are sticking to so many #G1 Characters. I am bummed that #Siege cybertronian modes are basically earth modes, especially for #Optimus and #Sideswipe.
Although seeing how different #Chromia is from #Moonracer and how I missed the first time around makes me wonder if I wasn't paying attention. I gotta look at #Ironhide is he a #PoTP #Kup retool?

Yeah, I had expected them to look more...alien than they turned out. They're just Earth modes with extra greeblies and it's a real turn off for me.
That said, if they reshell those figures down the road into straight Earth modes, I'm in.
Now, in terms of Ironhide, folks seem to have deduced that while there are design similarities, there isn't any actual relationship between it and TR Kup.
