People always try to discredit anything LGBTQ+ as being not effective toward Darwinian natural selection and thus leading to the extinction of humans.

To be honest, that just makes me want to gay everything up. Sounds like a good outcome.

Gosh, I really need to take my pill. I'm really starting to feel the effects of not having my delicious SSRI.

@ziphi (btw, the response to that is that if individuals had to be fertile, then how would worker/soldier ants/wasps/etc. totally-celibate/infertile subsets of species evolve? XD because it only matters if the *genetically homogeneous group* thrives and the fertile ones pass on the genes of the infertile ones along with their own :3 )

#TheSelfishGene :>

@codepuppy It's been a long time since I've had my evolution classes. The evolution of neuters in colonial insects was, as I recall, an interesting subject. And I believe one that Darwin addressed in The Origin of Species as well.

But again, it's been so long, and my brain is way too uncoordinated right now to do research.
