Dopo la vittoria di Jan contro Zverev, poche ore dopo lo spagnolo ha battuto Vacherot strappando il secondo biglietto per l'ultima tappa del prestigioso torneo del principato di Monaco. Il campione in carica Alcaraz affronterà dunque l'altoatesino Sinner, nell'ennesima sfida fra numero 1 e 2 del ranking che stavolta vale la vetta della classifica mondiale.
"Oggi ho giocato molto concentrato, sono molto contento di poter giocare la mia seconda finale qui e farlo contro Sinner.
