The Natura Viva Park is today a modern Zoological Park, an important center of protection for endangered species. It was born in the 1960s by Alberto Avesani who transformed part of his farm into a wildlife area, where he temporarily welcomed the animals of a circus. Natura Viva was inaugurated on June 21, 1969 with the current Wildlife route and the presence of the first guest: the Hippopotamus Pippo, who stayed with us until 2009.
