Was going to post to #Pixelfed, but my photo disappeared, somehow.

Just made another batch of #Zoodles. I never thought in my life that I'd enjoy eating raw zucchini.

@hosford42 @cratedigger Yeah, #Zoodles work well and you may be tempted to drain them a bit longer prior to serving or make the sauce thicker...

Same principle could be done with any sufficiently stable vegetable, like aubergine, turnip cabbage and bell peppers.

You may even try Zoodles et. al. fried instead of boiled.

Pretty shure going low-carb wll necessitate filling up on plant fiber anyway...
