1. Called the Dr office to reschedule the mistaken appt. When receptionist dithered, told her what needed to happen without indecision or apologizing

b. Identified and purchased a replacement for a fried PSU in the #zonealarm #security #camera system

iii. Replaced said PSU *and* put away (almost) all the boxes/parts/trash while only yelling "dammit!" once

(Also was very firm in a meeting, but that was mostly powered by plain righteous anger. This guy, FCS!)
