1. Hype up customers with novelty.
2. Grow customer base during hype.
3. Aggregate resources during growth.
4. Network resources to become interdependent.
5. Integrate into governments to stabilize business revenues.
6. Disconnect from economic considerations and simply exist.
In effect, companies become too big to fail, need to be bailed out with tax money, and turn into undead business entities:
