@leanpub what bothers me a bit is there are a million illustrations and texts about how scrum should work. But no-one explains companies why and when it is even useful to an organisation.
That leads to an infinite amount of #cargoCult #marketingAgile and #ZombieScrum
I'm so sick and tired of this.
"Twice the work in half the time" is so misleading without further context.

I understand where you're coming from. There’s plenty of #ZombieScrum. It's lifeless, clueless, and eating our brains.

Perhaps what's happening is a purge.

People are recognizing bad Scrum and they’re working to stop it. That’s a good thing.

@[email protected] @thatagile yup, i understood that but i still disagree :) namely – speaking of the mechanical application of scrum – it has a name, #zombiescrum and strategies how to overcome it. but, with regards to scrum, i align with the professional scrum and agree that you can't call it scrum if you don't do it as it should be done. that's why the framework is lightweight and doesn't prescribe methods of work, just the frame and feedback loops.
