Three things I'll never let AI do in my PKM:
- Write my literature notes
- Write my permanent notes
- Add backlinks between notes
These are the synthesis steps. The cognitive work that makes the system mine.
What cognitive work do you already offload to AI, and what do you protect?
I've found it useful to think about this as System 1 vs System 2. The stuff you already know well - offload it. The stuff you're still learning or that matters deeply to you - keep it.
