Heise, PC-WELT, Dr. Windows, ifun.de - alle empfehlen den Zen Browser. Niemand hat untersucht, was beim ersten Start technisch passiert.

I had been using #zenbrowser for a while and like most of the features in there. (planning to write my impressions in the coming days.)

However after one of the recent updates, I find the address bar is too congested in the default mode. I think all those icons (perhaps except the copy url) could be moved down (to where the discord/github etc.. icons are there). I know these icons sit at the end of the address bar and are fairly non intrusive when the address bar is located on the top of the screen. But in this mode, it is a real obstruction to see the URL in the address bar.

Hope you could do something to address this.

Aller dans « paramètres » puis « recherche » et tout en bas de la page cliquer sur le bouton « Ajouter ».

I was kinda skeptical of Zen Browser when I saw it, but after trying it out... it really does feel like an excellent web browser! It has the best aspects of Opera GX and firefox combined!

Plus, I like how it has two types of "browser pins". One for your workspace, and another across workspaces.

Tab "Islands" are here as well, but the way they organized them is genious:
Folders.

You can even make subfolders too! This gives a nice feel to browsing if you manage like a bajillion social medias.

Make a folder and pin it.
Put the stuff you need in the folder
Right click the folder and unload all the tabs.

A version of bookmarks for the really important stuff you manage a lot.

Giving #ZenBrowser a serious shot and starting to love it, especially the "Glance" feature which is really cool and comes in very handy on sites like in Mastodon. #AI has also been removed from the browser, another plus. Adding the typical #extensions makes it a very powerful #browser.
