Taxing the wealthiest is an important gesture of fairness, but misses the big target.
Corporations should pay a 'profit per employee' tax at the tax rate appropriate to their profit per employee. The concept it approximates to is if I am a typical employee paying tax at, say, standard rate, and they make £50k for every employee (including me) then that £50k should not be taxed less because they get it instead of me.
