At the moment, my FTP is ~240W on a bike. Meaning my Z2 range is 145-185W. Workout this AM was 46 minutes at an average of 211W, and my heart stayed in #Z2 for all but the last few minutes. I do see drift though, consistent with upper Z2.
I’d need to do a actual FTP test on the fan bike to get a proper conversion though.
