Dee In CalgaryBack at the end of April, we were notified that our lease would not be renewed.
At first we were going to look for a new rental. We quickly discovered the rental market in Calgary is inflated, very scarce and full of scammers.
Luckily, we were able to qualify for a mortgage.
It is mind boggling how much easier it was to purchase than rent. There are so many people that this is not an option for. I have no idea what the solution is, but we need to find one #yyc #yycrentals #yychousing
