I've recently upgraded my tray for gongfu tea and it's made making gongfu tea more enjoyable without clustering everything together. Today having "Old Varietal (Lao Shu Dian Hong) Feng Qing Black Tea" from Yunnan sourcing. Really strong and has already lasted me 10+ infusions without changing color and only minor taste changes.

One of my favorite teas to drink when I'm under the weather is this blend of sun dried Yunnan black tea and snow chrysanthemum flowers, called "Drunk on Red". Yunnan Sourcing made this tea for a few years from around 2013 to 2018, but as far as I've seen 2018 was the last year. (They also made a plain version and a version with osmanthus flowers.)
I bought a big bag of this inexpensive Yunnan Sourcing green tea (2020 Early Spring "Cui Ming" Premium) when I was trying to convince my wife that I could make better cold process green tea than the bottled green tea she was drinking copiously at the time.
She never really took to the idea of having a pitcher of green tea taking up room in the fridge.
Anyway, making it for her now as hot green tea, she says she likes it better than some of the fresher "fancy" green teas. Go figure.
Even though it is now "slightly vintage", it is still nice good quality green tea.
Technically this is a blend of the last couple grams of Yunnan Sourcing GABA Osmanthus Oolong (mostly osmanthus flowers) and White2Tea's Osmanthus Oolong. It's actually kinda good, a successful blend.

Yunnan Sourcing GABA Oolong with osmanthus flowers via a trade with a tea friend. As I understand it, "GABA" teas are processed in an anaerobic environment which encourages the presence of Gamma-aminobutyric acid in the tea. Osmanthus flowers have a taste/smell similar to apricot or peach, you'll probably recognize it from herbal iced tea (tisane) at hippie cafes.

2020 Imperial Pure Bud Yunnan Black Tea of Simao from Yunnan Sourcing. I actually like this tea a lot more 4 years out than when I first got it. Not that it has developed in any meaningful way, like Puerh might, mostly it has just mellowed.
