Young professionals believe that working from home 💻🏡 offers greater flexibility 🧩, the freedom to travel while working 🌎, improved wellbeing 😊, reduced costs 💰 and the feeling of being valued by employers 🤝. This is according to a new study by CEMS, the Global Alliance in Management Education, of which the University of Cologne is a member 💚.
