Everything about these news briefs smells of war crime porn: operational name, strike count, timeframe, the phrase “most significant blow” – it reads like a press release written to make mass killing sound like a logistics achievement. “100 targets in 10 minutes” is framed as a flex, not a horror. The kill capacity is presented as a performance metric, supposedly something to be impressed by rather than horrified at. Their in-house IDF propagandist, Ron Ben-Yishai, is still optimistic despite the unpleasant conclusions of Israel’s disastrous Iran strategy:

Two problems here. If right-wing bots are manipulating the comments section, Ynet moderators should block them, but the bigger issue is that this is incitement and hate speech. As someone who comments there regularly, I can confirm: any comment that challenges Israel or the IDF, or draws comparisons to Nazism, gets blocked and removed. They can and do moderate, albeit with a strong preference for incitement against Palestinians. This kind of content is allowed to stand, even when flagged for hate speech.
