Just watched a dog chase/get chased by two coyotes in the field behind our house and then fight one. Thought I was going to witness something horrid but the dog eventually listened to its human and ran off before it got deadly. Hopefully the poor thing only got minor scratches. 🥺
One or two coyotes take up residence in this field every winter, not sure why people insist on letting their dogs off leash here (it's not an off leash park). Be coyote aware and consider using long lines, #YEGdogs!
Okay, #YEG, even if you don't care at ALL about #hockey, this bit of an interview with #Oilers forward Zach Hyman (who came to #Edmonton from Toronto early this hockey season) is pretty fun and likely something you would enjoy!
