New #YEGmusic venue opened up this month, Club 97 in the Quarters area of Edmonton (1 block east of Churchill Square, a spot most recently occupied by Brittany's Lounge).
I heard about it Sunday from a young woman who is organizing multi-disciplinary art nights there (performance + visual arts). And then today @apaulagetics shared the monthly community newsletter with an article & profile:

I haven't yet found a website or even a IG/FB account for them yet, so the article is all the info I know. Monday night jazz jam will be a nice addition to a mostly empty night on my weekly music listings.
Matt Beringer and Hannah Georgas were fantastic tonight!

Edmonton! It's March! (Darn February disappearing so quick...) Who knows what the weather will bring, but there will be plenty to do indoors regardless
That includes multiple theatre festivals. No need to wait until August for weird & wonderful performance art!
