For me, there are certain emotions that lead certain art types. For me, angst leads to poetry. In my head, I am starring in a sapphic novel where I just haven't met the love interest yet. I need a place for all my #yearning to go though so I'm writing poetry as if I had that person already. No girlfriend? No problem. Be cheesy anyway. Here's my first attempt. Be forewarned, none of it is good, it's all cheesy, but I love how it feels to write it (and I like to read it). #lesbian #poetry
