uff voll holprig, zwischendurch pvc getestet spannend leicht und schnell mittlerweile, beaded voll komisch danach lmao aber pvc ist glaube ich zu stark gekürzt oder zu wellig keine ahnung, das war leider nix.

vorher experimentieren am upper body workouts plan, das hat sicher auch etwas sabotiert (alter und der wind eh) xD

upon preparing for a virtual bike ride, i have realized that i am too tired and shouldn’t overdo it - so instead i opted for a quick jump session… much better results with the beaded rope than yesterday already, nice!
