Other #yaks this weekend: I was in the espresso machine because it needs repaired (worn-out seal and a slow leak), but the socket I bought to do the repair doesn’t fit in the space. And local stores don’t carry 38mm sockets. So I have it all taken apart but can’t proceed for days. So I either have to put it all together again or live without it for days.
I also called #Spectrum yesterday to complain about a price hike and got them to at least give me a higher speed for the same price. But now the actual speed is lower than it was before. So I have to call them again!

The post is long, mostly because I needed to eulogize the end of 25 years of email self-hosting. But it might be interesting to some of you. And it might be helpful if you are on Qmail and want to stop self hosting.
Day 2 of baseboard installation! Day 1 was all house prep so I didn’t toot about it. And really this is like day 30 after all the prior prep work.
The color matches fantastically! Not 100% perfect but it’s so close I only see the difference if I look for it under bright light.
Lots and lots of #yaks. One being that the saw is in the basement so each cut requires a trip back and forth, and even outside for the 16’ boards.
