Did you know you can make a #natural #vegan bubble gum at home with nothing but wheat flour? The texture is perfect and you really can make bubbles!

Just mix som flour with water, leave it for 10 minutes then rinse it under a running water for a few minuter. That's pure gluten. That's how you would make #seitan, the vegan replacement for meat. It's tasteless. It feels exactly like a bubble gum.

You can work in some powdered #xylitol for sweetness and dental benefits and give it to your #child. It will strengthen their jaws and protect them from cavities.

There were studdies that a chewing gum releases microplastics, since most of them are synthetic.

Well my recipe won't.

Für den Menschen ist #Xylitol unbedenklich. Die Insulinausschüttung und damit der Blutzucker-senkende Effekt ist beim Hund jedoch so stark, dass ein lebensbedrohlicher Zustand entstehen kann. Die entstehende Unterzuckerung  (Hypoglykämie) führt im Gehirn zu einem Ungleichgewicht der Nervenaktivität und dadurch schließlich zu Gangstörungen, Bewußtseins-Einschränkungern, Zittern und auch epileptischen Anfällen.

Geringe Mengen sind bereits ausreichend um eine Vergiftung hervorzurufen. 0,1 g pro kg Körpermasse ist für Hunde bereits giftig. 100 Stück zuckerfreie Kaugummi reichen aus, um eine Vergiftung hervorzurufen. Die Wirkung setzt ca. 30 min. nach Aufnahme ein. ***
