#FT2 , #vibecoded by Claude AI, yeah great... "it's my code, I don't accept the GPL!!!" or whatever, ignoring the GPL license of #wsjtx

Edit: he published the source code at https://github.com/iu8lmc/decodium3-build/releases/tag/v3.0.0-linux (I haven't tried compiling it myself yet)

If someone wondered whether FT2 author respects license of wsjt-x.

I made my first 2 #FT8 contacts today thanks to a new accessible companion app built to work in conjunction with #WSJTX and the #JAWS and #NVDA screen readers. We're making huge progress toward a solution we can provide to the entire #blind #AmateurRadio community. #HamRadio

How is it possible to get a QSL card for an #FT8 contact, and the timestamp is wrong??

The only problem with my mobile #QRP setup is that if I try to connect to the internet via phone tethering or hotspot, eventually #WSJTX or my radio somehow kills my USB system and I have to reboot to get any USB devices to show again.

But other than that, it's marvelous. I was heard in Australia on #WSPR over 20m this afternoon.

yeah, I'd say the band is open

Although I prefer #Linux for many things, I do bump into a problem that makes it feel like MS DOS ca. 1987 sometimes.

Reboot, & my USB (both tty & audio) devices may re-shuffle.

Everything was working. #DireWolf #RigBlaster #WSJTX #WinKeyer #FTdx3000

Without changing any USB cables in any way, reboot, & Direwolf cannot start because the TTY port isn't there anymore.

Now starting documenting a new habit. Unplug all USB but one if I'm going to reboot, then plug in specific order. This is dumb.

If I see a lot of calls towards a rare station bd8ccu, is there a simple / quick way to check if my station did hear that dx station?

A grep or ctrl-f filter to show all my decodes on that station.

Wonder how I can do effective snooping on bluetooth serial text communication.

The #wireshark does not seem to show device mac address of a remote device, so impossible to filter.

#btmon partial success.

I want to see on the wire / in the air what #wsjtx does successfull over /dev/rfcommX and compare to what fails from #FreeDV
