È una buona notizia: nonostante le istituzioni aperte della Rete (ICANN, IETF, RIRs) abbiano le loro criticità, prima fra tutte l'essere ancora troppo USA-centriche, l'alternativa sarebbe stata la centralizzazione di ogni decisione nei soli organismi governativi
